How TO dig pansies
We have everything that you need to successfully dig your pansies. Trowels, recycled boxes like strawberry boxes, newspaper to line the boxes, gloves, & carpet squares for you to kneel on if you like.
We'll even help you to get back up if you need it!

Step #1Choose your pansies and dig down as far as you can push the trowel...all the way around, then lift up the whole clump of roots.
Step #2 Place your dug pansies in the box and put the box on the big gathering table. put your name and the number of pansies in each box. (No carts into the field on opening day. Works much better that way)
Step #3 Go back and dig some more or pick out some beautiful cyclamen or other winter flowers.
Step #4 When you are all through and your cart is full of everything but pansies, go back and add up your count, pay for everything.... and then take your pansies to your car.
If you need help...we're there to give you a hand. Those darn pansies get heavier every year.
