Weidner’s Gardens is a unique destination nursery and show garden.  We are as beautiful as a flower show and as practical as your neighborhood garden center. We are a seasonal retail and wholesale nursery and grow 90% of what we sell. That's what makes our plants of such high quality. Local grown means better value for you!

evelyn Evelyn Weidner Helping you garden better.

We are known for being the nursery where you will find the newest and best plants . . . the nursery where honest and knowledgeable information is happily shared . . . the nursery that is backed by a lifetime of experience.

At Weidner's, we easily tell our customers to not buy a particular plant for their situation and suggest a better plant, depending on the skill level of the individual and climate. Our goal is to help you succeed.

Our new Hours

Be sure to check out our hours. We just hate it when you drive all the way to see us and we're closed. We're open every day except Tuesdays for our Spring/ Summer Season. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Will cover blending succulents with other plant material, Winter and summer growers, adding color to the succulen design and other designing tips. Taught by Evelyn W

Weidner's is starting to really expand our vegetable and herb offerings. Locally grown and a good way to support the smaller growers. These are wonderful plants to take home use a little now and plant into your home garden for months of enjoyment

We have added all the photos from our Mother's Day Tea & Cookies! Thank you to everyone that came out to enjoy the day with us. We loved having you here and listening to the stories. Loved having the dogs come by for a visit too. Your four legged babies are always welcomed here at the nursery. Have an idea that would make the event even better? Send us an email! We welcome your comments and suggestions.

I have always believed you can never have to many choices when it comes to flowering plants

Oliver has been busy planting these beautiful color bowl combinations. No two are alike. You will find them in our upper greenhouse area. Click on the image for a larger view!

Got Fuchsia's? Oh yes we do. Come by and see what we have to offer. Some are nice and big with lots of flowers, others are big and pretty with lots of blooms just ready to open. We still have some 4" pots available to for those of you who like to plant your own.

Here they come! We have BOTH Dipladenia and Mandavilla in a 4" pot. You have been asking us when they will be ready so "come on down". There is a new type this year with a variegated leaf. Gives it a new twist on a great plant.

You can use them in a mixed container or make your own hanging basket.

Have you seen these? We have a new "spin" on the garden spinners. We have them scattered around the nursery. Add a little whimsy to your garden and they also may help keep the birds away from your veggie garden.

Fruit Trees are still available
but they are all now in their new homes in large cans. We still have a good selection out there and it's not to late to plant. For spraying information and to see the varieties of fruit trees that are in now go to Fruit tree varieties and spray info
