This is how you can reserve the Club Meeting space for your group.
Look first at our schedule of events. If we are doing a class or event we will be using it. any other free time we are happy to book you in.

To use our stage and chairs for your meeting time; whether it is simply to gather and greet or to hold one of your monthly meetings, you can reserve a morning time from 9:30 to 11:30 or the afternoon period from 1:30 to 3:30.

You don't have to have your group gather and sit down. They can simply pick up their coffee and what ever refreshments you have brought.
Art and photography groups might like to arrange for an early entrance before we open to take advantage of morning light.
If you want to have your picnic lunch at the nursery we need to know about how many and when you want to eat so that we can have tables and chairs ready.

We already have some groups with times reserved and the space is on a first come basis.

Call Mary at 760 436-2194 and she will look at her Master Calendar and help you find a date and time.

A Tour to Weidners Gardens will stand out as one of your best outings.

We've turned one corner of our grounds into a colorful bright stage and meeting area. Perfect for your Garden Club or other Group

Bring refreshments, We've got a place for your coffee pot and a table to lay out your goodies. Plan a picnic lunch, We'll set up the tables and chairs. Order in some food or bring your own.

Enjoy lunch out...no work at all. There are numerous nearby Restaurants that would make great lunch stops. There is a Subway Sandwich place very close by if you want to make it easy for lunch.
Islands Restaurant, Pei Wei Chinese, Several Mexican Restaurants and a Chili's restaurant all all with in several miles. If you live inland there are some wonderful beach side restaurants in nearby Cardiff.

When is the best time to come?

Weidners Gardens is a living changing flower show. Any time you come it will be beautiful. Call us to find out what is especially in bloom for your chosen tour date.

Make it a full day by touring another one of our nearby garden attractions. There is a wonderful Orchid place right across the freeway from us. Quail Botanical Gardens is within 3 miles and is so interesting. We'll give you suggestions, help you set it up ...all you have to do ask.

Save Money Each of your members and their guests will get a special 15% off Certificate good on that day on any of Weidners Gardens Plants. Not good with other coupons or special prices. We can't afford to let you double dip.

There is no charge this year for you to come.
However, once you make a reservation you must give us at least a weeks notice if you are not coming,
Last minute cancellation fee is $25.00 This is because we often must schedule extra help for those times and if you cancel at the last minute it costs us money.
